With Alarm Management, you can:

  • Monitor your transactions and performance metrics on a regular basis

  • Get instant notifications when critical errors or abnormal situations occur

  • Detect operational risks early and take quick action

You can create the following alarm types within Alarm Management: Virtual POS Success Rate Notifications are sent based on your selected periods (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) showing transaction success rates. Transaction Volume You receive regular notifications about total transaction volume for the selected time interval. PayJump Status A notification is triggered whenever PayJump is activated or when it exceeds the threshold you define. Commission Discrepancy Detection An alert is generated for every transaction where a commission discrepancy is detected. Virtual POS Transaction Timeout A notification is sent instantly for each transaction that results in a timeout. Bulk Payment A notification is sent whenever a bulk payment operation is performed. Daily Payment Summary A summary notification containing the details of the previous day’s transactions is sent every morning or evening.
Alarm triggers depend on the alarm type: Some alarms are sent at regular intervals (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) Others are triggered when a specific event occurs, such as a timeout or PayJump activation
